I met him when he was working support at LiveJournal. He was Angry Ben then. Now he seems much happier, and only wants to kill people when they write shoddy code and refuse to take patches.

Ben and I talk quite a bit in #pdx.rb on irc.freenode.net. Together we built a set of Ruby scripts to do cool things with subversion and our IRC bot. It was a fun coding experience.
